Mission Statement
The mission of the Cummington Agricultural Commission is to: encourage the pursuit of agriculture in the Town both as a business and as a community resource; promote the protection and preservation of farms and farmland; promote agricultural-based economic opportunities; articulate agriculture-related planning needs; advise other Town Boards on activities pertaining to agricultural lands in Town; and promote the visibuility and vitality of farming in Cummington.
