ZBA Hearings/Decisions - 2023

April 2023 - Consider the application of Matt White for a special permit for a quarry on Berkshire Trail on the Cummington/Goshen town line as provided by Section 5-20 of the zoning bylawd. Click here for application.

November 2022 -- The ZBA recently handed down its decision on the special permit application for DBA EMJ LLC for a special permit for a marijuana establishment.  Click here for decision.

August 2022 -  The ZBA recently handed down its decision on the special permit application by Barbara Skelley, and the Center for Rehabilitation of Wildlife, Inc. (CROW). Click here for decision.

May 2022 -- Application by Barbara Skelley, and the Center for Rehabilitation of Wildlife, Inc. (CROW) to discuss whether or not CROW needs to apply for a special permit in order to offer rehabilitative services to wildlife, a thrift store, etc., at its 790 Berkshire Trail property.
