At their meeting on 8.4.22, the selectboard voted on and approved two requests from the IT committee. One is an AUP- Acceptable Use Policy, the other a survey for feedback.
We ask that each town employee, or volunteer sign off on the AUP.
Acceptable Use Policy
Many of you may be familiar with a typical AUP. This is a simple document to help keep our town safe and compliant with Mass General laws. We ask that each town employee, or volunteer sign off on the AUP. All board or committee chairs have received this document. This can be digitally signed and returned to IT@cummington-ma.gov or downloaded, printed, signature page signed (keep the information page), returned to the IT folder in the community house. There are also pre-printed copies available at the Community House- on the table in the selectboard meeting room. Click here for link to AUP.
